Goldtech™, Panerai's exclusive red gold material, combines platinum and copper, giving the watch a deep red gold hue while also offering enhanced resistance to aging. The PAM1641, housed in a 40mm brushed Goldtech™ red gold case, houses the automatic P.900/GMT movement with a three-day power reserve. The P.900 automatic caliber, measuring 12.5 lignes (28 mm) in diameter, is renowned for its reliability and packs a wealth of functionality into its compact dimensions. Its power is supplied by a bidirectional oscillating weight and stored in a single mainspring barrel, providing the watch with three days of energy. The balance wheel, securely fixed by a bridge, oscillates at a frequency of 28,800 vibrations per hour. The movement features a stop-seconds function for even more precise time setting.
